About | Chef Ryan began his professional career at Albright College, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology. After graduation, he discovered a real passion for the culinary arts and embarked on a new career path to develop his skill set.
Chef Ryan began his career as a Sous Chef at the Savory Grille in Macungie, Pennsylvania, where he spent four years learning the specialties of farm-to-table gourmet under the tutelage of Chef Christian. He later worked as a Sous Chef at the Apollo Grill in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where he ultimately assumed the position as Chef de Cuisine. Additionally, Chef Ryan assumed the role of Executive Chef of Northampton Country Club until YEAR.
When he is not mastering his craft in the kitchen, Chef Ryan spends time with his lovely wife, two children, and their two dogs.
