ALLENTOWN, PA – February 15, 2018 – In one week’s time there has been a flurry of activity in the Jaindl Enterprises hallways as well as within the local press. On February 7th Zachary Jaindl, COO and co-founder of Jaindl Enterprises and Vault 634, announced at a special Press Event, the current status of ongoing projects and reviewed what is next to come in the next phase of the company’s long-term development blueprint. Among these announcements, the company unveiled a portfolio-wide rebrand and the first glimpse at the first residential building at The Waterfront.
In addition to the building announcements and unveils Jaindl Enterprises has named David Rubin’s Land Collective as the lead designer of the project’s signature half-mile River Walk. The firm will seamlessly integrate dynamic outdoor experiences to maximize the site’s potential.560 Waterfront Drive, 175-unit complex, was unveiled at the event. The building will combine premium amenities, including walk-up apartments and a central courtyard pool, with sweeping water vistas and a number of other unique amenities. Bernardon of West Chester was named the lead architect and High Construction will serve as the construction manager. Construction on 560 Waterfront will begin on July 01, 2018 with 545 Riverside and 645 Waterfront, the project’s first office building, beginning shortly after.
Vault 634, Allentown’s newest premium event destination, began its renovation in September 2017 and is on track for its Grand Opening in May 2018. The company has named Lyn Cunningham as the Director of Events and Eric Paez as the Event Sales Manager. The venue unveiled the “Thank You” Program that will offer discounts to clients who have served in the military or other public services. More details on the program are to be released closer to the venue’s Grand Opening.
